This product is Original Pandora?

No, this is fake. Pandora refused it when I took it to their store for their free cleaning. They told me it is fake. It is better to buy at a Pandora store.

I sent this as a gift to my mother and she's having trouble opening it. We are in different states. Can anyone give me advice that I can give her?
