Fürs Ball handeln perfekt, allerdings zum Shooten nicht so gut geeignet, ich persönlich verliere meinen jumper wenn ich mit dem werfe also würde ich raten nicht all zu oft mit dem zu werfen Aber wie gesagt für alles andere ein perfekter Ball.

I received your SKLZ product on time as promised. I am using the Official Weight Ball as a medicine ball. The 7 inch diameter and weight are perfect for stretching and agility exercises. I added some air which makes for more bounce. At 72 I'm not training basketball skills as such, but the ball is perfect for balance, agility, and stretching. It's great for playing catch with friends too! I get enough weight training with bodyweight exercises at the gym.

自室のトレーニングと体育館でのアップで利用しています。1年使っていますが大した劣化はありません。 一番良かった点は強いドリブルがつけるようになるので、ハンドリングが良くなったこと。 シュートも全身の力を効率よく使わないと飛ばないので、慣れると楽にシュートが打てるようになります。 但し、試合前にやりすぎると感覚がズレるので、通常のボールと交互に使うなど工夫が必要です。
