I'm looking for a standard ink pad size** A: It is standard-sized. Also, if you pat the pad against the stamp to ink it up, size really isn't a limit. **Q: Can you use any rubber stamp with this?** A: Yes, I have used with both clear and red rubber stamps, mounted and cling, works great! It really makes a crisp image with embossing power. **Q: Does this ink smell?** A: Like any emulsion it has a slight smell sort of like school glue but it does not stick and hardly noticeable. NO strong toxic smell. **Q: Will transfer foil adhere to a this once stamped?** A: You really should check with the manufacturer of the foil. Minc reactive foil needs a chemical on the foil for the reaction (foil adhering) to work and STAY ON. I have used “stick-it” embossing glue with other NON-reactive transfer foils. Those foils just need “sticky” to grab the foil.
