Tastes horrible. WORKS! I use it before big meals, and it helps me eat more when I have acid reflux/indigestion that would normally keep me from being able to eat. If I forget to take some before I eat, it works great for gas and indigestion after meals also!

This is a potent herbal blend, and you can definitely taste the bitterness — but that’s exactly what makes it effective.
