Used to be a loyal customer .. not any more
I’ve been using blu shower filter for almost 5 years now.. recently I made a purchase for refill cartridges which says “improved formula” to my surprise they reduced the active material (NMC) by at least 50% and they stuffed the filter with a sponge or something.. I’m not sure if this is even legal but it means that if the cartridge needs replacement every 3 months now I’ll need to replace it monthly!! If blu don’t change this, I’ll start looking for another brand that maintains its standards.
