What’s the difference between aquacel ag and aquacel extra ag?

Aquacel Extra is a hydrofiber dressing.. Aquacel AG is the same dressing with ionic silver embedded in the fibers. Anytime you see AG in the description it most likely contains the ionic silver. Is this product, a bandage, adhesive? Or does it require a waterproof additional bandage to affix?

It does not have an adhesive and requires one to hold it on the wound....
