The Sophie Steamer can fit any brand of menstrual cup or disc as long as they don't exceed the diameter of 3in. You may have to tilt the disc to fit it under the lid.

The voltage is from 110 - 240V, 50/60Hz, and the power rating is 99W.

Should I wash my menstrual cup or disc before using the Steamer?

Yes, you'll want to give your menstrual cup or disc a good wash with a gentle soap (like Pixie Wash) to take off any gunk before using the Steamer.

Can I store my menstrual cup/disc inside the Steamer?

To ensure proper airflow, we do not recommend using the Sophie Steamer for storage. However, after sterilization, you can leave the lid open to allow your cup or disc to air dry inside. The removable Cup Stand can also serve as a drying stand.

Wrong color

I thought I was going to receive white, since I preffer white color, and was showing on the picture was all white. :( but then I received a wooden like one. all good tho, works perfectly fine :) serves its purpose.

I'm so glad I went for this, its small and incredibly easy to use - just add a little water to the bottom and turn on with the lid on and its done in 3 mins. I tried the boiling in a pan method, which I never felt comfortable with, and the foldable cup with a lid in a microwave method, but this is the best. I know my cup is sterilised properly and its done so easily! I've been using this for over a year and its still working really well.
