Clairol Professional Beautiful Advanced Gray Solutions 2a Rich Dark Brown, 3 oz

I really like this product! It gives good gray coverage for a couple of weeks! I was my hair every two weeks and reapply, if you’re looking for a longer coverage time (gray hair) this is not for you. Note: I do have relaxed hair.

I love this brand. I am about 85% gray and this covers it 100%. I love that it starts to fade slowly so when my hair starts to grow out there isn't a huge line. I have gone as long as 10 weeks in-between applications and use spray on color for the roots and I still have color on my hair. Down side. I need to leave it on my hair alot longer than they reccomend. What i do is place a plastic bonnet over my head and apply heat. The easiest thing for me in the summer is go outside and let it heat up in the sun. In the winter I have a blow dryer stand that i sit under. Also, you need to rinse it real good with cold water or it stains the pillow case. Those thi gs are minor since i save so much money doing it my self and I rarely have gray roots showing.

This didn't seem to cover my greys fully, kind of blended them to look a bit like highlights. That being said, I appreciate it's ease of use and non damaging quality. Kind of conditioning instead.

I actually love this product for root blending/coverage. The instructions are in a peel off panel on the back. I like to wash my hair first, apply and leave on for as long as I can, or hit it with the blow dryer to dry it a bit faster. Then I will rinse but I won’t rinse it out fully where the water is completely clear so I can keep more color on the roots. I rinse until the water is about 85-90% clear. SO hassle free and I can do touch ups where ever since no mixing is needed.
