Hey there this will fit 2006 Ford F-150 with original pipe ?

A universal K/N filter can usually not be mounted straight on. You need to build a kit with pipes and bends to fit your car. It's also important to shield the filter from the engine heat and let it suck fresh cold air, or you will decrease your engine performance.
