Review: Stumbled into this book by accident, but one of the best cookbooks I have bought. I like most of the recipes.
Review: I saw this book in San Fran, California; and I fell in love with it. I've waited a whole year in hopes that it would go on sale, but it rarely goes on sale. I finally bought the item and it shows step by step of how to create amazing recipes. I love this book and how heavy and solid it feels. I however did return the item because the recipes were too basic and wasn't worth the price I purchased it for, but if I had extra money to waste then I would buy it again.
