These bands are amazing. They are very sturdy so you don't have to be worried that they may snap when using them. With 3 levels of resistance I feel it's a must have for your gym kit. Great for use at the gym and home workouts.

Great tool for training
Great for glute isolation. I use these for every leg workout. None of them have broke on me yet but I only use the medium and heavy resistance so I can't speak for the lightest one. Great product !
