It cooks up perfectly, and quickly. Every single grain is separate from all the others -- no stickiness at all. It is absolutely delicious. I love the 4-lb. bag size, it is perfect for our size family. Prior to trying this aged basmati rice, I was using California White basmati rice and I thought that was the epitome of rice. India Gate aged basmati rice leaves California White in the dust. My husband, who first purchased California White basmati rice, also much prefers India Gate aged basmati rice.
