It’s quite sturdy . Can only guess but think each shelf could hold 2 to 3 litres.

Does it come just one shelf or all for in a pack, because in the product dimensions it says 37 x 23 x 18 cm?

when it's assembled it is 4 shelves that stand 1m high - see pictures for more accurate dimensions after assembly

You will be provided with 4x bottom Leg pieces, 12x bars, 4x baskets. Once you separate the items accordingly. Take a look at the bottom half of the tray and you will find a cavity. Align the clips of both the parts and press firmly. You will hear a click noise which will confirm the proper connection. Connect all the parts and you will finish building the final product.

There is no instruction manual with it how am i suppose to assemble it?

good evening . It is assembled ready to use immediately, you only have to open it and unfold it only. Attached to a package outside the way to unfold it only because it does not need to be assembled.
