So the original answer to this question, that the color means it is working, is most questionable. Hate to keep taking these if not effective. Even with drinking a ton of water t/o the day - still neon yellow. any other comments or thoughts will be appreciated. **Q: Does this have Niacin?** A: Despite the not very pleasant flush and itching, it shows the real potency and Niacin without flash is not so effective.
