Good product,bad deal.
I'm completely satisfied with the product.It gives precise control over the heat,which was very important.My wife is an artist and melts crayons onto canvas so precise temperature adjustment is a requirement.The problem I have is with Amazon,another customer has brought up this same issue and Amazon has done nothing about it. The photo shows a case and several accessories. You do get the nozzles,and the flat bladed scraper. You DO NOT get the case and the scraper handle and 3 blades made to scrape paint from crevices.Thats 5 accessories that are in the photo that you do not get and Amazon still has not updated the product photos.

Not as pictured
Beware, I ordered this thinking I would get what it shown in the picture, well I didn't. You do NOT get the case or some of the accessory tools shown. First time ever that I feel a bit cheated with a purchase from Amazon. Still a great price regardless, but really disappointed.

I love that I can dial in the heat I want
I love that I can dial in the heat I want. Works great for drying paint for art projects. And you can also turn it up for replacing ipad screens and accidentally melting your work mat. It did smoke and stink a little. But that should stop over time. I also like that it can sit upright, and it can be placed on its side without the hot tip melting whatever you sit it on. Great heat gun.

Item not as advertised!
I bought this item because it included a storage case. It arrived without the case and the packaging shows it never had a case.

Great heat gun at a great price
Needed a new heat gun at work, mainly for removing decals from our truck. I wanted something to heat the decals but it couldn't get too hot as I was afraid that would mess up the paint. Variable temperature feature is a very useful feature.
