A: I love this product!!! Within days. I my depression vanished, I feel more energetic, able to accomplish anything I started. I would highly recommend this product. As someone who has taken many different supplements to try and mitigate my mood disorder happy saffron plus has really helped me on my journey. It’s not a miracle one fix all supplement HOWEVER, my general baseline anxiety has reduced drastically since I have started taking this about a month ago. My overall mood has improved and I find it easier to maintain a more positive mood. My mental clarity and memory has even improved which I didn’t expect when I started taking this. I highly recommend this to anyone who battles with mood disorders and for anyone who deals with daily brain fog. Again, it won’t make you shoot rainbows out of your behind but it really does make a difference.
