Worst ever
This has been a nightmare! It leaks... leaks! And leaks! We have tried to fix it for 6 months and it is just a horrible product. I have tried to find a warranty which is says there is but there is no website or contact information. Extremely disappointed and have a leaking shower!

NOT for the average DIY
Remodeled bathroom with a large alcove shower and picked this rain shower package because it looked nice and fit our needs. Although a bit overpriced, the quality of materials was excellent. The instruction package however, was another story. I have decades of construction/remodeling experience and I have NEVER seen a set of instructions so useless in my life. They must have been written by a 10 year old who used English as a 4th language. So I ripped them up and engineered each piece into my shower. It turned out nice, but was way more complicated than it needed to be. Should be installed by experienced remodelers only!

Don’t waste your money on this junk if I could give negative stars I would.
If you’re investing money into your bathrooms steer clear of this garbage. They work. Until they don’t. Once they stop working good luck finding parts or anyone to help you through the troubleshooting process. My advice. If your the customer stick with reputable brands. Yes they cost more but they also replacement parts available. Most of the bigger brand like delta and moen have parts very accessible at almost any hardware store I e ever been in. If you are the installer save yourself the headache and do not install anything that is branded from a company that does not have a website that you can easily find and that does not have a customer service number or at least an email. These Amazon shower systems are absolute garbage and are a waste of money.
