Except for rollers, Is the 22mm all stainless. Are the ball bearings sealed. I want to use it off shore

The best I can tell they are all stainless except rollers. I can't answer about the bearings but I have used mine on my Hobie 16 for years in a saltwater environment and so far they have performed flawlessly. Hope this helps.
