Does this kind of mic require phantom power if used with a computer?

no..I have used it with a direct audio interface and have gotten very clean recordings from it...in fact I now prefer the sound of this to my earlier favorite condenser mic.

Does this mic come with a cord or do I have to buy that seperately?

Can one use the capsule from the e945, like the capsule 945-b, on an avx 835-s body?
