Yes, and I actually dilute Bug Off anywhere from 5:1 to 7:1. Just remember, dont allow it to dry on the paint work

Yes it is safe on matte vinyl wrapped vehicles I’ve used it on multiple cars that were wrapped

Can this be used in a foam cannon?

I’ve never tried it. I use a spray bottle to apply it and then the foam cannon with soap to wash the bugs off.

I’ve never used it on matte paint. I have used it numerous times on my vehicle without any issues.
