I was eager to try the Yes4All premium soft-density foam roller after reading many positive reviews about its ability to massage sore muscles and improve flexibility. With its generous 3 foot length and molded exterior, it seemed perfect for targeting everything from my back to thighs during at-home sessions. I was hoping it was soft enough to use for the MELT Method. Here's my impressions: Pros: Outer material has just the right amount of tackiness to grip the floor and not slide around Soft exterior makes it more comfortable to use on sensitive or tender areas Lightweight and easy to move around and store Cons: Too soft for standard foam rolling, but not soft enough for the MELT Method. While I loved the idea of this foam roller and trying something softer, it just wasn't soft enough for me. In the end, I decided to return it and stick to my tried and true standard foam roller and I will be buying the MELT brand soft foam roller soon.

My personal trainer suggested I purchase this product, so I did. It is bigger than I thought it would be. I was thinking it would be like a pool noodle from Wal-Mart, but it is much better. The large diameter makes it convenient to work on my back. I have a spinal injury, so there are many things I cannot do with my back and neck, and I sometimes experience a lot of pain. This foam roll, however, has provided me so much relief. It allows me to crack my back, apply pressure points where needed, and provided much needed relief from my pain. It is very thick, sturdy, and made of a very strong material. It does exactly what I need it to do. It did not have a horrible smell when I opened the package, and it arrived it great condition. Overall, the purchase was definitely worth it.

Works great, exactly what I was looking for.

I had reverse shoulder surgery, part of my PT was working on stretching my arm ……....using this roll up and down the wall or window, and before you know it, you have worked a great deal on your ROM . It most definitely is firm, no give to it, if you are expecting a give then this is not for you. But the foam roll I used at PT didn’t have any give either.

Two months ago I tore my ACL and meniscus. I recently had surgery and my physical therapist recommend that I get a foam roller to help with my recovery. The YES4All is just what I was looking for! It is lightweight yet dense so when I place my feet or knees on it stays in place ( it’s not soft and mushy). This has been essential in helping me with increasing my knee’s range of motion. Great quality product with a nice price tag. Definitely recommend!

Nice foam roller but definitely not medium firm. It’s FIRM firm.

I purchase both Foam rollers. I kept both. The purple PE soft foam roller is definitely soft and easy to use. The 2-Layer pink/gray foam roller is also a great buy. Both are great and easy to you. I prefer soft foam roller vs any High density foam roller. It soft and less painful. I recommend both.

Arrived quickly, well packaged. Does exactly what I need. Keeping my back in shape if used regularly. No complaints. Just the right hardness without being too harsh.

It’s a good one. I was not sure about the density but when I received it, it was perfect. It’s just right. Not too hard but also it doesn’t bend or sink in under my weight. It’s larger diameter than the ones at any gym I’ve been to and also shorter. I would say that if you’re a plus size, it’d be good for one leg at a time but not the lower back stretch. For any medium to petite, I’ll be perfect for the hips. I am skinny and it’s not too hard on my bony joints. But it, it’s a good one.
