After pumping 100 gallons, the internal pumping mechanism failed and left it unusable. I don't recommend spending the money on this product at all. Spen more money and by a better pump my pump stopped work in the first week **Q: Is this pump self priming?** A: Yes it is self priming, takes a few pumps though.
