Review: No Switch Memory for Brightness Level - I really like this light and I’m a fan of the brand. I’m glad I purchased it. However, I’m disappointed with the switch. It’s nice because you can gently cycle through lumens without clicking the button, but it will always power on with the lowest mode. You can’t set it to power on with another brightness. I wish it had a memory feature to program a different default power on brightness level other than low. Additionally, the battery compartment is slightly oversized, so the batteries rattle. You’ll need to wrap the batteries in something like a bandaid to mitigate the design problem. I still like the flashlight though.
