Put this toggle switch between your usb switch and the computer, and leave the toggle switch OFF. That way, no matter what your other computer is doing (turning on, waking up, sneezing..), it won't register with the usb switch, and therefore will not cause an auto-swap. When you're ready to actually swap to the other computer, switch the TOGGLE switch to ON, and you're off to the races. It's just a way to mute the annoying auto-swapping of the usb switch.
