Perfect for strengthening guitar chord fingering!

I'm over 70 yrs old, and this little device has really helped me to gain finger strength for playing my guitar. I keep it handy while reading or watching tv. It was recommended by my physical therapist. It comes in various lb /kg sizes. I highly recommend.

The resistance is good on these hand exercisers - just like the ones at my therapy providers. The cushioning side is a bit hard, wish they were softer, as i need to be careful or wear a bandaid were they rub, else I'll get a blister.
