This CUE touch screen is amazing and way better than the original oem. Works perfectly and looks brand new again. Pretty easy to install and fits perfectly I saved a ton of money compared to what the dealership wanted to charge. Definitely worth it.

I had my doubts, but at the recommendation of a friend, I ordered these to replace the touch screen display in my Cadillac. Having already replaced the touchscreen once, and the associated costs, I found these online, and with recommendations, ordered this. It included all of the necessary tools, and with the help of a very detailed YouTube video, this worked great. The process to remove the old and replace the new was only about an hour of labor, and everything worked like a charm. So far this works just as well as my OEM touch screen display. Dealership replacement of a touch screen can run upwards of over $1000. This was a great option! It replaced my touch screen display perfectly!

It worked perfectly. The unit was returned and re-listed as very good. Other than the damage to the shipping box, the unit was in like new condition. Great value and a wonderful purchase.

I saved $1400 by doing it myself. It works great, I followed a very detailed YT video n replaced it myself. Dealership was charging me $1150 for the screen alone....I saved $1120 on that alone n plus their added labor fee of $250. It will take u about 1-2 hours so make sure u make time to dedicate to it. But it's really simple. Not easy but definitely simple. I'm no mechanic or do installation of any sort, just a single mom that likes to DIY but especially save money!!

Installed it within 2.5hrs works like new! I did it while following a YouTube video on my 2014 Cadillac srx.. saved me lots of money!

Amazing! I was quoted $1000 to $1500 to replace my screen. I purchased this and replaced it myself. It did take me about 2 hours to replace and reinstall but, it’s worth it! The screens very clear and I’ve had no issues at all and saved over a thousand dollars. Make sure you watch videos step by step as that’s very important. AND take your time! Also, make sure you remove the inner film in a clean area or dust will get stuck behind the screen ( I made that mistake and I see a couple dust particles) Otherwise it’s amazing five star hands down!

Dealer wanted $1500 to replace. This is a much cheaper alternative. Instalment takes some skill but it’s doable.
