Does this wash purely with water or can some cleaning fluid be added

As this is attached to a garden house it is difficult to put a cleaner in the supply. I put a mixture in a bucket , dipped the brush in and then applied it to the windows before turning on the water supply to wash it off and it worked very well

Can you fit a harder bristle brush to this to clean walls. if so do you provide one?

You can fit a harder bristle brush, it is a standard acme thread but we only sell soft brush heads.
