The Citizen is not only MUCH nicer than what she had (pretty sure it was a Timex), but it's really beautiful in person.I think the price is fair for the level of quality that's evident in this piece. I've had several Citizens over the last 20+ years and this is one brand that seems to have kept up their expectation of quality.It's a more delicate looking watch in person than the pictures convey. My wife has very small wrists and most watches either look and feel bulky for her or they're so dainty that they're almost impossible to read. The face is small on this one but it reads clearly.
