Quality Knife, well made and comfortable in the hand. If the finger guard was slightly bigger and the pommel finished it would be superb

I got the knife for my husband for Christmas. It's a beautiful knife, VERY sharp. Sheath is also very well made.

As always Helle has a great knife to celebrate their anniversary. Good size handle and a scary sharpe blade. I was not surprised because it is what I have come to expect from Helle. However I am always excited to get a new knife from them. It will be a knife to last a lifetime. Almost to nice to use. A fine sheath too. Top grain leather. Tight fit. I cannot wait to get another Helle to add to the collection.

For an anniversary knife I expected a carefully finished knife. I got instead an average working tool with a fancy wooden grip. 1. The front bolster is not really a bolster but a simple stainless steel plate. 2. The steel plate has a poorly finished sharp edge that can easily cause injury. 3. The rear bolster... well there is no rear bolster, but that was quite visible from the photos. What wasn't visible from the photos is the unfinished wood surface at the butt of the knife and the crude rivet that's keeping the grip in place (see photo). 4. The knife is poorly fit so that there is space between shoulders of the blade and the front steel plate (see photos). 5. Last but not least, the anniversary knife should have come with a leaflet explaining what the 75 Ars mean... but nothing of the sort.
