How do you sell this defective item. The pendulum adjuster just falls?

something must be bent on the weight, it should be held in place by friction

I can’t seem to adjust the timing, it goes way to fast

There is a piece of metal that slides up and down the metal pendulum, that controls the tempo.

The tick is longer than the tock, can I adjust that?
