I'm a shift worker that works overnights.For the past year, I've struggled to go to sleep at a consistent time as well as sleep for a reasonable amount of time and have that sleep be restorative. It's been rough.I use black out curtains. I've tried drinking caffeine free tea. I used a mild prescription sleep aid, melatonin as well as OTC sleep aids. I've tried to go to sleep right after getting home from work. I've tried going to sleep several hours after finishing work.Nothing worked for me. I was waking up drowsy, tired, and reaching for the snooze more and more. I was finding myself taking an hour+ nap right before going to work. I even used a few call-in days (limited days usually meant for emergencies or sickness) because I was too exhausted to go to work. I've been miserable.I work a manual labor job which means I really have limited energy to do things at home whether it's chores, exercising, going out, etc. And I know exercising helps with getting good sleep but it's a chicken or the egg problem: how can you exercise when you have no energy? But you can get more energy by exercising. I couldn't do it.I took a shot on this Olly sleep aid. I did a little bit of research and found that this was a promising supplement. At worst it was an expensive placebo, at best, it is an effective sleep aid.It really works well for me. I'm amazed by it. Maybe it's a combination of placebo and sleep aid. I use it in conjunction with Progressive laboratories Twilight Time. I take one for each. Within an hour of taking the two pills, I am starting to fall asleep. Prior to taking these supplements, i would spend hours lying in bed waiting to fall asleep. Or i would get up, watch TV, eat, whatever. Maybe get 3 hours of sleep. I'm getting at least 6 hours every night (your morning/afternoon).And unbelievably, I wake up rested and not drowsy. And with that, I have energy to do things before work. Prior to taking these, I would wake up and do the bare minimum and go to work.Now, I'm entertaining the idea of doing overtime. Prior to taking these, if never think of doing an extra four hours at work. I'm looking forward to exercising outside once the weather improves.I don't know what kind of voodoo magic these things are but thank god it works for me. I have half a mind to buy a load of these in case they go off the market or change their ingredients.One thing I can't comment on is whether they are habit forming or not.As far as value, they're not cheap. The other supplememt I take is about the same price so for about $30, you get two months worth if you only take one.

Overall very satisfied. Very high quality. I use it at half strength, as needed. Not recommended if you are driving or operating machinery. Noticeably reduces stress, and improves mood. Full dose makes me sleepy, so I usually only take half dose. Easy to swallow, and fast working.

Easy to swallow. It helped with stress

49 year old female in perimenopause. I started HRT (estradiol and Fluoxitine) and was struggling still. Anxiety, depression, excessive sweating at night and while exercising, fatigue, brain fog, insomnia, indigestion - you name it. I read up on vitamins and supplements that help these ailments and 3 out of 4 in this supplement support the bodily/brain functions that regulate these issues. So I started on Olly Ultra Strength Goodbye Stress, Olly Multivitamin + Omega 3, plus a magnesium glycinate supplement and a synbiotic (pre/post/pro-biotic + vaginal health) from other companies and within 2 weeks I had a noticeable change fir the better, and in a month I felt like a new person. Most of my symptoms are gone or significantly reduced and I was able to stop taking Fluoxitine (which frankly helped initially but then made my symptoms worse over time). I'm not a doctor, and I still take estradiol, but this regimen for me was a godsend. No more anxiety, depression, excessive sweating, indigestion or fatigue. I have so much more energy. I think I just needed to balance my system out. I'm now almost 90 days in and I feel amazing. I take everything at night all at once with a big glass of water before bed as that works best for my schedule and my body. This regimen does not upset my stomach at all.

I have awful anxiety, I ended up in the emergency room one night thinking I was having a heart attack, but it ended up being an anxiety attack. Started having one at least 2-3 nights a week. Since I’ve been taking these I literally feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. My chest isn’t tight, I don’t worry as much, and havent had anymore anxiety attacks.

The packaging of this product is horrible! The lid is in 2 parts and the top main portion has a tiny little tab making it next to impossible to open. When trying to open the top, the bottom portion opens instead. While its not a deal breaker, it is very frustrating for a "stress relief" product to be so stressful to open. Why not just put it in a regular bottle?As far as the product itself... I do notice a slight reduction of stress when taking it. I feel like it works fairly well but i have only used it a few times ao far. The dificulty with the packaging has been a pretty big turn off. Its so frustrating to open that it kinda defeats the purpose of taking it in the first place. In the future I will likely seek a similar product in a more realisitc package or just a plain old normal bottle.

I haven’t been on these a full month yet, but I’ve already noticed a big difference. My perimenopausal irritability and “rage moments” have GREATLY lessened, and I feel more like the calmer, kinder version of myself again.To be fair, I also recently left a very stressful, public-facing job, so I’m sure that’s contributing too. That said, the shift in my mood feels more consistent and noticeable than I would expect from that change alone.So far, I’m really impressed and plan to keep taking them.
