Review: A great webcam - everything works as described. the picture quality is decent, the included simple privacy cover works as well the autofocus(AF) works by default on windows, but you do need to install the app on macOS to enable it. AF performance is just okey. the light could be a bit brighter as i always had to choose the brightest level. overall it's great and i am glad i picked this one over any more expensive ones as its got more functionalities, overall good image quality and yet cheaper price.

**Q: Can you turn off the microphone? I’d rather just use this for video and use my ear buds for voice.**
A: I am not an expert but I am pretty sure that you can select the sound source in the software of your device. The microphones in the camera will of course only generated the sound sent to the recipient.

**Q: can this fot on a monitor?**
A: Yes it’s adjustable so can fit on to a laptop monitor or something slightly wider too. I’m really impressed with its versatility

**Q: Would this work on a Smart TV?**
A: Not a Samsung only via a wirelessly connected tv

**Q: I have purchased this for my moth-inlaw so Could someone please upload or share an installation video that an 80-year-old would be able to follow.**
A: It's plug and play immediately with usb port.

everything works as described. the picture quality is decent, the included simple privacy cover works as well the autofocus(AF) works by default on windows, but you do need to install the app on macOS to enable it. AF performance is just okey. the light could be a bit brighter as i always had to choose the brightest level. overall it's great and i am glad i picked this one over any more expensive ones as its got more functionalities, overall good image quality and yet cheaper price.

The video quality is great, a big upgrade on my laptop's built in camera. It captures so much more light, plus the built in light source adds extra light when you need it. I still use my laptop's built in mic though for Teams. I like many others bought a video camera during the early pandemic months. The camera on my imac was rubbish, but supplies were limited of and prices high of alternatives…however I managed to get a reasonably priced chinese anonymously branded one. It was certainly better than the imac one but still very average.lately it became unreliable to so I bought this nexigo as a replacemnt..wow so easy to set up , far better quality, great features( the light is excellent). Plus it has its own software to adjust contrast etc. On topofthat it was about £20 cheaper than the one I bought at the height of the pandemic. “Zoom” calls are here to stay… its well worth getting a good camera with useful features.
