Like most professional mechanics I have used many types of drain pans over the years and this one make it easy to avoid making a mess. It is very low so it will fit into tight places and the funnel stores right in it, so it always stays neat and free of fumbling around. I've been searching for this for a long time. I had a blitz model years ago but **** canned it not long after because it leaked. I then tried depending on regular oil pans, but they were always either too cheaply made or leaked all over the place while pouring. I wanted to try the rhino gear variant, but it looked worse than the blitz, with the cap free spinning in the store. I ended up going with the rhino gear jug because I thought that was perfect, but it was a hair too tall to fit under my truck and the oil pan transfer, again, was just messy. I thought there had to be a better solution and just went looking for regular 1.5gal jugs in stores, but they were all too tall. Came here, and opted to give this company a shot, and wow, what a big difference. I did the water test and she's rock solid. Quality is what I expect, and I feel like this company takes pride in their product. I can't speak to the over-flow issue. I have a fumoto drain valve (not trying to plug them or anything) which makes this a non-issue due to a slower more controlled flow.
