Yes! I use it with the Defender and it works just fine.

Is it finger print proofs

No. I don’t believe so. It’s nice glass and anything on it wipes right off.

Does this fit otterbok symmtary cover?

I haven't used it with the Otterbox, but it does somewhat increase the phone's dimensions and may cause the case to crack. It cracked the corner of the case I use but has not otherwise impeded any protective properties.
