Will these work without the supplied inserts in other caster sleeves that are made for 7/16" stem?

I didn't use the supplied white plastic inserts and they worked fine for me.

How do I get a replacement wheel for one that failed

Buy another 4 pack and have 3 spares :)

The description says they are threaded...the pictures clearly show they are NOT threaded...so which is it?

The ad is not correct. The casters are push-on as shown in the pictures and not threaded as described. I ordered these back in 2020 for replacements on a push cart.
