Works great and installed quick and easy.

I cannot remember when I actually installed the unit, but it has only lasted about 2 or 3 weeks before it stopped working. Worked great until yesterday. Started the vehicle and no air was coming from the dash vents and not cold (compressor kicked on, but no cold air). Tried adjusting the controls through their range, but air would only come out for defrost and the floor. Pulled the fuses to reset it, but made no difference. Fortunately I still had the old unit, so I reinstalled it and now the A/C works great again. The only reason I replaced it to begin with was the backlights had stopped working in the original.

I thought my truck had an issue with the Refrigerant, It kept randomly blowing hot air instead of cold. One side of the control did not light up. Maybe took all of 10 minutes to properly install the new product. My only issue is that the defroster button they send is not labeled. Had I known this I would have maybe shopped a little bit more. Overall I’m very happy but would like to know how the core credit works

Haven't bought a lot of Dorman parts but this buy is a plus for future purchases. They do nice work. Wouldn't hesitate buying again if I had to for another vehicle.

Bought this unit for an 09 GMC Sierra 3500. Very easy to install, reset instructions were also easy to follow, thanks.

I know it's remanufactured but mine looked like new. Amazon did not charge a core fee and there were no options to return the old one. Works great

Five minutes to install. The only thing is the lighting in the control panel is a light green. The original was more white but it works great and I can see the controls at night again!

It seems to function, but the panel is getting hot. I don't think it was rebuilt with the correct load ( total resistance) built into unit, poor engineering tolerances. 1/13/22 the front slide heat regulator snapped off in -30C weather, when I went to start the truck and adjust heat. Amazon is going to give me some money back. I ordered another module from a different company. It is not built the exact same way, but it is working, both are Dorman rebuilds.
