Has anyone ever figured out how to repair this product? Mine just stopped working completely but I can't find anything physically wrong with it?

No idea how to repair it, since it's a chinese product that has been resold under the "Bili" brand name. Mine is still working one year later, so best of luck, dude.

Good Evening. The BiLi Pro Foot Mouse is compatible with the following Operating System: MS Windows 98, ME, 2000, XP, Vista & Windows &. Apple OS X10.3 and later. It doesn't appear to be compatible with Linux. Thank you

How can I use this product with my iPhone 7

It can be used with Windows, Mac and an Ipad. I don't believe it connects to an iPhone at this time.
