You will need to make sure the sole of the boot is prepared by thouroughly removing any oil and rough up the surface for better adhesion. **Q: What is the exact: Length and width at the heel and midfoot at widest part?** A: Did not measure new. Matched up felt to boot to apply to. Wader Boot size 8 womens. Had to trim length and width, worked great. **Q: Does it come with the glue?** A: It may have come w a rubber cement like product. But what it needs is 2-part epoxy.
