conference speaker and mic

At our business we tried to do a zoom call with a laptop. But the laptop's mike was designed to be directional so the other end could only hear the person in front of the laptop. This works great for a one on one. But, for a group of people that does not work well. So we bought this so when we have a small group together on zoom, that we could all be heard. Worked great for that and pleased with the purchase.

Does everything I expected of it. Our voices come in clear (according to internet listeners) and transmitted voices are fine through the speakers. Volume is nice. So far, unit seems durable and easily sets up in Windows 10.

Please not that to get a 5 star review from me the product has to be perfect and that is very rare. So my 4 is a very good rating. I bought this because the small company I worked for did not have a conference room phone. This worked great and was very easy to use. I would easily buy it again.

Use in a room about 20'x30' with in person participants (about 15) around the perimeter of the room. Zoom attendees joining remotely say the audio quality for picking up whoever in the room is speaking is very good. Likewise the speaker is loud enough that all in person participants can hear the Zoom person speaking. Works better than I expected in a room this size.

This Conference Microphone Omnidirectional USB Speakerphone Microphone works as described. The speakerphone has an omnidirectional microphone so your voice stays clear on the listener's end. I have had no issues with echo and the noise.

Does not work well with a laptop. The speaker and microphone functions cause issues when you have a separate speaker device selected for PLAY. It keeps cycling back and forth rendering it useless. If you don't use a separate speaker for playback then you probably WON'T have an issue... Otherwise, the sound quality and pickup is great.

Outstanding audio in our conference room. The speaker is loud enough to fill a 12 x 16 foot conference room and the microphone picks up clear speech from everyone sitting around an 8 foot table with virtually no distortion or echo. Those sitting further away can still be heard but with some room echo. If you're familiar with the high-end, analog Polycom systems with multiple microphones and echo cancellation circuitry, this unit at 10% of the cost provides 99% of the audio quality and functionality. Everyone in our organization who has used it is very pleased with this speakerphone. It was truly plug-and-play and gives a nice, professional appearance in our Board room.

Bought this in February for a daily 1hr hour Zoom mtg and it was great. Excellent speaker quality and the remote Zoom users gave thumbs up for sound - no issues with picking up multiple sounds. Exactly 6 months in, one of the green LEDs was noticable lessened and the sound quality plummeted for the zoom participants. I can't find customer support and tried an inquiry through Amazon - nothing. I did not purchase the extended 3 year warranty. I thought the purchase would cover for one year. If anyone has experience reaching out to support, I would appreciate the insight
