Work amazing

Magnesium
I just got this recently, so can't 100% say it's working; but I do believe it is. Why? I'm sleeping better & foot/leg cramps have basically disappeared after a hard workout.

This product has all the different forms of magnesium & that is the reason I keep ordering. I initially researched different magnesium products & keep coming back to the Purely Optimal. Seems to work well for my needs.

Recommend!
I take tbis magnesium to help with migraines. It isn't the magic cure but it certainly helps. It also helps me get better sleep. If you are looking for a magnesium I recommend this one. And have I have several friends/family who have added it as well.
