It is as advertised.
I am using this to make a tea mix for a friend who doesn't want to do dialysis. Still early to know how he will respond, but the product is a true one for its purpose as an herb. Couch grass is one or more species of gramma or similar and the rhizome is that portion of the root that sends out runners (the way the grass reproduces.) Of course this is only one of four essential ingredients that are used in the tea, and I was able to find them all at Amazon.

Wouldn't recommend for dogs
I originally hoped for a powder, no way to easily grind it up. No return policy so tried to use. It's a bit of a pain to boil water and seep. I originally got for dogs as supposed to be good for urinary health (boiled 2tsp in pot of water and added a small amount in their food). My dogs seemed subdued after and would try to go outside and eat grass. If I didn't give it to them, they wouldn't. I stopped using it and guess I'll throw it away

Never received
I love making tea out of it and my last purchase was from a different supplier but smaller amount so I figured I’ll go big. Yeah, it never came unfortunately so I’ll have to order from elsewhere.
