Price and quality
Had a great experience with customer service so wanted to point that out. But the overall product works amazingly well and at a fraction of similar mops. As soon as I picked it up, it felt like a quality item. Really can’t go wrong with it.

Not durable
This is not my daily use mop...I have used 4 x and today it broke!

Like this product but need replacements
Works really well. I like the way the pad slips on but I would like to buy some replacement pads and could not find any. I thought Amazon sold them but I guess I was wrong.

Caution: Cuts like a knife!
After only using the mop to clean our floors for the third time, one of the tubes split and cut my wife's hand. She was lucky it was only a small cut. It could have been much worse. She loves the way the mop works so we have asked the manufacturer for a replacement. There will be duct tape at the joints next time.

Difficulty using on wood flooring
Used to clean hardwood floors. I have difficulty with forward and back motion. I find it hard to glide.

Easy assembly, dimensions just right for task
The pads are easy-on, easy-off and the surface area for cleaning is very good. Will review again after a few trial uses and laundry process.
