Will the Omron 10 molded Comfort fit cuff fit inside the case?

Yes - everything fit nicely. It came shipped as one package already put together - the BP unit in the base; and the cuff and charger in the top "bubble" part of the case. I easily slide the charger/adaptor inside the cuff as well. It ships as one unit, case included. But, that is when you buy it with the case.

Would Omron 5 series fit in this case as well?

Yes Omron 5 and 7 will also fit. but with some extra space.

does this come with the actual blood pressure machine or is it just a case or covering???

It is just a case for the Omron 10 Series BP786/BP785N Monitor. Everything fits well.
