Do these come with new o-rings or do those have to be purchased seperately?

If your talking about the O rings that are on them, then yes, they have O rings on them just like in the picture. I bought six of them, they all came just like in the picture, with the O rings on them.

Motorcraft Fuel Inejector

Worked just as expected. Although it should be known when you replace injectors you need to replace the o-ring seals too! So one lower and 6 uppers if only doing one injector.
