That's it. It's very sturdy and firm and gives me greater peace of mind that it can handle an impact. The screen protector I used with it was the SPIGEN Tempered glass and they fit together wonderfully. The case is stylish, slim, sleek, and has a lip around the cameras and the lip so it can protect it in case it falls face-first/back first. The side buttons are inlaid instead of protruding from the case so I don't accidentally hit anything while it's in my pocket. Super nice case. Worth the money.

I bought this case for my boyfriend and it’s overall a great case! These images were taken months after purchasing so it looks worn in but it actually arrived in great condition. The case fits snuggly on the phone and doesn’t move around on it, providing great sturdiness. One thing we didn’t like about it is that it makes the phone a little bit chunky and harder to hold, but it’s not nearly as bad as other brands. The best thing about this case is the durability! I bought this case specifically because my boyfriend tends to drop his phone constantly and wanted something that would protect his phone while not being super expensive. So far, we’ve had this case for 4 months and it has protected the phone from every drop it has endured, including being launched from the bed and dropping it from the car. As long as you have a good quality screen protector, this case should be perfect in protecting your phone for a decent price!

I have purchased LifeProof cases for my last two iPhones. I saw this Raptic Shield on Amazon and thought I’d give it a try. It fits well, east to use the side buttons, looks like it provides the same drop protection and has several colors to choose from. I got the red/black and it really looks sharp with my red iPhone. It’s also cheaper than the LifeProof case. Only the sides have color, the back is clear so you can see the color of the phone.

I’ve owned the Raptic Shield case for the iPhone XR and I absolutely loved it, given that it protected my phone flawlessly. I would sometimes, accidentally, drop my phone from waist height and my phone always survived without even a scratch. Thanks to the Raptic Shield brand, my phone qualified for mint condition when it came to upgrading it at Apple. I had to get myself the same brand case when I upgraded to the iPhone 12 and I’m still in love with it! I have no doubts this case will protect my phone just like my last one. That being said, unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that my MagSafe wasn’t compatible with this case. The case has raised trimming on the back of the phone and since the MagSafe is slightly larger and extends slightly past the trimming, the MagSafe doesn’t sit flush on the back. It is still magnetic and im sure it would still charge however the bond is very weak and once I lift the phone up, the MagSafe just drops right off. Im unsure if this is because of the raised trimming on the back or the thickness of the plastic backing of the case. Regardless, the MagSafe is not compatible whatsoever with this case and I wish I knew that beforehand when I decided to purchase a MagSafe and a docking accessory for it. I’m sure that if you used a magnetic sticky plate accessory then the MagSafe would be of more assistance however, given that it was advertised as MagSafe compatible, I didn’t think I needed to do anything beyond that which is why I give it 4 stars. I guess I understand that Raptic Shield decided to keep the same design of their previous model cases however, I would have appreciated if they altered their design to accommodate for the MagSafe. Other than that, the case is absolutely flawless. It looks and feels great in the hands and I know my phone is going to be in good hands with this case.

I watched the video, through, well, if its half that good, thats for me. I placed this on my brand new iPhone 12, and dropped it five minutes later. Over the following two weeks, I dropped it again about five times, I have a condition where my hands are weak, so, getting something to last is always an issue. Short story, if you need something that is going to protect your investment, I highly recommend this product. I got the blue one, and it made my phone look like a console controller, since I bought a blue phone. lol. The aluminum siding holds up great. It fit around my screen protector just fine, and is wide enough in the camera to use a camera lens cover.

This I a very good looking and excellent quality case. I can’t believe this thing was only 30 bucks. The aluminum finish is very rich looking, nothing cheap about it. I had 3 people ask about it in a couple of hours of carrying it around. Not the lightest case but the phone is has nice balanced weight, it feels good in the hand. The back of the phone is protected with clear hard plastic except for the camera lens. I bought a Rhidon screen protector that comes with the lens cover . These 2 items protect my investment perfectly. 2 great purchases from Amazon!

My favorite phone case

I normally don't write reviews, but after today's miracle, i need to share. My Raptor case protects my new iPhone 12 like no other. Today, I was walking in the local park, listening to music on Spotify. As I was crossing a wooden footbridge, I decided to photograph the ducks. After snapping a few pictures, I started to put my iPhone in my jacket pocket. I fumbled the iPhone in my hands. The earbuds unhooked. The iPhone bounced twice on the wooden bridge -- and then fell into the running brook. I drove home, trying to figure out how to make an insurance claim for my iPhone as I did not believe I would be able to recover it. My son dropped by, and I told him what happened. He said, "Let's go back to the park together -- right now. It's a shallow brook. I think I can retrieve your phone." When I questioned the wisdom of his proposal, my son stated, "Your insurance claim will be much higher if you don't have a phone to return." By the time we arrived at the park, the iPhone had been underwater for about two hours. My son scooted the ducks out of the way and found my iPhone! It was not working, nor did I expect it to work. When I returned home, I set the phone on my counter and went searching for my phone rice bag. When I returned to the iPhone, I was amazed! The iPhone was working! I could not believe it. I credit the new iPhone technology AND the Raptor case, as I believe the case kept water out -- for two long hours!!! Happy! Happy! I recommend the Raptor case to anyone seeking excellent iPhone protection.
