Awesome
I can't work out how Power A are offering such a premium product for such a low price. I bought the Spectra Infinity Enhanced. It's beautiful. It feels heavy and well made. The matte material on the face is very nice and smooth. The buttons all feel well made and robust, with the triggers having a nicely sprung action, and the sticks feel very nice too. The 2 programmable buttons are essential if you want to avoid stick drift. Bind the RS and LS to those buttons, and you won't get stick drift. Then there are two 3-way switches, one for each trigger, that sets how far the triggers can be pressed. Not something I will use, but I can see that being useful to people with limited mobility in their fingers. Lastly, the RGB lighting is pretty good. You have 4 zones you can customize but not as much as I would've liked. Basic colour changes, and breathing or solid. It still looks nicer than any other joypad, and it feels as well made as an official joypad. So, the question remains; if Power A can make a joypad like this for this price, why are official joypads so expensive?

Cant believe how good it is for price.
After TWO official pads broke after 3 - 4 months each, (charging port on the first one, the "A" button on the second kept missing every 4th or 5th press). I went down the dreaded route of 3rd party pad, glad I did. Not only does the surface of this pad feel nice, the whole feel is just as good if not better than the official pad. There is also a nice protective edge around the cable port that prevents damage over time to the port itself. Finally the 2 programmable buttons on the back are just awesome in any fps. Really this is such a nice price for a pad with buttons on the back that feel quality.

Affordable alternative. Not perfect.
Let me first premise this review by first stating that I purchased this solely for use with a Windows 10 PC, and as such, did not make use of the headset port, headset dial and the "share" button. This review will not cover those features so any experience from them, positive or negative, can not and will not be portrayed here. Overall first impressions are very positive; the controller arrived earlier than expected and both the presentation and packaging is neat and well thought out. The controller itself is as you would expect; comfortable and ergonomic, but the features that make this controller stand above others is the light weight and diamond texture grips which you notice almost immediately and are welcome improvements. One of the key selling points of this controller is the programmable buttons on the back that lie strategically where your middle fingers naturally rest, making them very easy to use and get used to, to the point they become second nature to use. On the topic of buttons, this is where I find myself struggling to find much to praise. Starting with the triggers, you can feel there is a certain lack in quality; the triggers are not only shorter but also have significantly less travel distance so any kind of smooth or precise application of it is borderline frustrating. That and the lack of trigger rumble makes any kind of racing game feel superficial and unpleasant. The bumpers function identically to official controllers although they do feel ever so slightly spongier in comparison. The B, X, A and Y buttons are the parts I found myself most struggling to like. They protrude further from the face and are less rounded which can make pressing them feel rather harsh. The joysticks are a love/hate unfortunately. They have a much firmer mechanism resulting in the need to apply a greater force, again, a huge flaw for racing games or anything that requires smooth or precise movements but it is this same stiffness that makes you feel the movements you're making. The D-Pad, however, is by far the best part. They too are spongy and have some travel to activate but I find myself preferring this over the official controllers which feature a noticeable bump when the switch is pressed whereas that tactile bump isn't present here, resulting in a much more comfortable use. In conclusion, PowerA's xbox controller is a great inexpensive alternative to Microsoft's official one. It has a great feature list and an innovative, comfortable design that is available in a vast array of colours and themes. If you can overcome the rather cheap feeling buttons and switches or don't require any precise level of input and just want to sit back and chill, then this is 100% worth the purchase.

Excellent value for money
For the money you spend you really can't go wrong solidly built feels like a higher paid product no bad points about this controller this is properly built and looks good gameplay is a joy doesn't weigh much and very quick response for online gameplay also being a game streamer the audio switch is a nice addition I've not got round to mapping the extra buttons on the back but I don't think I'll run into any issues ... The only thing is have an issue with is the colour as I bought this is white so it does catch dirt so I'm cleaning it after each use which is expected well worth the money would definitely recommend and purchase further products from power a

Not as nice as official controllers, but value for money..
The controller is fine for the price, everything functions and there's no issues with input or anything. It feels particularly cheap but you get what you pay for, buttons are cheaper and clacky, and the rumble isnt great, just one big rumble compared to the newer Xbox controllers better rumble and specific rumble in the triggers. Would recommend as a second controller for guests or if you don't play a lot of hours like myself.

DO NOT BUY THESE PADS. Awful. Useless within 4 months. Drift, random inputs.
Had this less that 4 months, its had mild normal usage, I haven't played anything taxing with it and the left stick now drifts in all directions! Not only that, but it started to throw out random inputs, for example: holding Y then pressing B sometimes caused it to register a Right Tumbstick click! A tiny input on the left stick would be registered as a full lock to the left. I thought I might be saving a couple of quid by not going for an official. I see now that was a false economy. Worse still, its now a useless chunk of E-waste. There should be laws against selling tat like this.

Good Quality, Good Price
for roughly half the price of an actual Xbox controller, this PowerA controller feels exactly like the original! The amount of different controller colours and customised looks you can get makes this an even better buy!

Great third party controller, love it. Furious with Amazon though.....
See headline. Fabulous third party cabled controller, really good and I like it loads, cabled connection has always been the best method. Fuming with Amazon though, price dropped ยฃ9 just 3 days after I purchased this and I don't have money to just throw away, this has happened several times with things I've bought so I'm always feeling like I've overpaid. Cancelling prime membership..... Fed up with it now it doesn't benefit me enough anymore. Controller is excellent no complaints about the product at all. Update: Dropped to 3 stars as controller has become horribly discoloured after only a few weeks of use.
