Didn't Have to Recycle my Heaters
We have two tabletop heaters that have always been hard to light, but we enjoy their look and the ambience, as well as their heat. When one of them became impossible to light, I ordered a new thermocouple. Though there was nothing wrong with the new thermocouple (or probably the old one for that matter), I found that, no matter how much I cursed or compromised my soul, the thing wouldn't light consistently--if at all. I decided to try one more thing before sending the heaters to the recycler, so I found this pilot assembly. It worked so well that I decided to buy a second one for the other heater. The key to this assembly is that it holds the flame exactly where it needs to be and the thermocouple works almost instantly. The original assembly was simply ill-designed for this heater. We're completely satisfied with this product. I hope the video shows why. One note is that the picture and the comments indicate there is no way to connect this to a tip-switch without modifying the wires, which I would have gladly done, but both of my assemblies already had connectors on them for the tip-switch, so no modification was necessary.

Perfect replacement although different wiring for Charmglow 200605
Perfect replacement for Charmglow 200605 patio heater. Wiring is a little different but easy to figure out. The old one only had one wire coming out of the thermopile (ground was accomplished via the body of the thermopile contacting the metal mounting bracket). This one has two - one is a ground that goes right to the valve body connection. The other connection directly from the thermopile (white insulated wire) gets connected to the black tilt interlock switch. The remaining tilt switch connection goes to the other white insulated wire which leads to the valve body connection. Picture of old pilot assembly attached.

Works just great!
Bought this to replace a failed thermocouple in my Endless Summer Patio heater and it fit perfectly and worked great. Why not 5 stars? There is not a tilt switch included as with other replacements. The heater works fine with or without a tilt switch. You can reuse the old one but needs to be unsoldered and the existing switch soldered back in. Not hard or complicated to do. Second option is to remove the tilt switch completely which is not difficult at all but leave a "potential" safety hazard of fire if the heater is tipped over and stays lit. Cheap easy replacement subject to the above.

An EXACT match to my Endless Summer
I have an “Endless Summer” (Blue Rhino) commercial grade patio heater that I bought in 2000 (yes it’s nearly 20 years old). Every year I would have to clean spider webs out of the pilot gas outlet and even tweak the side flame port so it would heat the thermocouple more. This year (2019) the thermocouple finally “threw in the towel”. This assembly was an EXACT replacement for mine and functions flawlessly. I was shocked at how smoothly the brass fittings cam apart after 19 years. FYI: On my heater, the spade connector on the lead from the anti-tip safety to the valve was soldered in place and I had to use a soldering iron to remove it.

Thermocouple was a perfect fit
Product fit was perfect for our Endless Summer #200209. Heater is up and running properly again..

Missing a spot weld
A missed spot weld between the gas ports was causing gas to leak and flame to start dangerously below where it is supposed to. I knew it was a "no return" item, but I tried to get a replacement because it was defective. I called the manufacturer and they said "we don't have those parts anymore". I called the company that sold it through Amazon and they said they couldn't help me. I called Amazon and we worked something out. I bought a small spot welder on Facebook Market and it seems to work correctly now. The fit was not exactly the same, but things are working out, so far.

Exact Replacement
After ordering and returning a cheaper thermocoupler that was too short I decided to replace the whole pilot assembly with this uniflame pilot assembly. It was an exact replacement for my Endless Summer Patio heater model 1630000. I ended up bypassing the anti tilt switch with a jumper cable because these are notorious for failing and I didn't want to have to mess with it again. Very easy assembly and it worked perfectly the first time I lit the heater. I am very pleased with this replacement part.

Universal fit worked great.
It does not include the tilt switch as pictured on amazon. This is deceiving and the switch costs another $10.00 if you need it. A better buy is the similar unit on amazon that includes a $13.00 igniter for just $4.00 more.
