Bought another after trying the first one out. They are a very economical aid to pizza making as the pizza can be shaped in the greased pan, then cooked quite evenly. Or you can just whack in a shop-bought product. Once cooked, the pizzas slide off really easily. There may be fancier alternatives, such as pizza stones and steels, but these should suit the average home cook nicely.

Apart from an excellent non-stick finish - no messy bits of pizza left after cooking - the extra large handles allow the pan to be easily rotated to ensure even cooking and safe removal from the oven.
