Impressed with quality
Great quality, appears it will hold up for years. Used lag screws to attach to railroad ties, not going anywhere, even in very high winds, very sturdy. I used loctite on screws, after months still secure. Coating still looking new. Nice addition to the landscape.

Well built and Beautiful, just have your own wrenches on hand!
awesome product!!! good quality!y, very sturdy!, it is 12' tall!, we bought it to put over a well casing to protect it, my husband put it together by himself in 2 1/2 hrs but 2 hands would be quicker! using common sense more than the instructions, no extra welding was necessary, all the parts were there, they sent 1 wrench which you need 2, and it was a 10mm and it took a 3/8" standard to actually fit the bolts....so the bolts went quit right, so have your own tools on hand...the packaging was great, all nuts and bolts were well packed...just take care unwrapping so as not to loss small pieces while unwrapping, we layed a Large tarp down on concret floor to put it together, that helped so as not to scratch the paint/powder coating, it is a very nice piece for the money!!!

Yes I would buy it again, but read my review 1st as YMMV.
Much better than the 80.00 8' tall windmills on Amazon that I bought twice before as they rust and fall apart, especially the ball bearing spin part. This appears quality designed overall. But... as others have stated the directions are lacking. Designed & written by a pre-school mentality even worse than many Chinese directions with English not their native tongue. I had to assemble and disassemble parts of the windmill twice as the directions were... The customer service experience... The lady answering the phone knows absolutely nothing about the product and they don't care to train her on anything beyond that when I suggested it. Jack the main answer man there was not available to the lady said she would try to find someone to answer a couple assembly questions as I was in the process. Enter "Nick", was patched though to me. I felt like he could lean some customer etiquette and service mentality, because he was curt, blunt and acted like I was an annoyance to him for bothering him. So I let that convo end fast and later got ahold of the more customer friendly Jack. He was helpful, but he too dropped the ball in that the part he sent me was incorrect, or there was a language gap where he could not understand the simple part I took a video of to show him that appeared loose. What I expected to get was the ball bearing spinner part but instead got the back end of the fan round plate. Jack is busy he did not respond to my Amazon submitted questions hence the phone call. Now I will explain the issue. Once the ball bearing rotator part is out on & tightened with the Allen wrench set screw & the front lock bolt put on, the fan is put onto that junction. Well the fan front and back plate that encompasses the spinner part never tightens up leaving a 1/4" play as demonstrated by the video I made Jack. I thought it may of been designed that way or if an issue what it was but jack never got the jest of it and as you already know sent me the wrong part that now sits on my shelf. My question therefore never was answered and all I can do now is just hope it lasts. If the maker wanted the front & back plated that hold the fan onto the shaft they would of designed it more constrictive and tight not loose with a 1/4" play movement. I could not even ask "Nick" about that as he said he only assembled one of these in his life a year ago so he was of zero help despite his lack of personality. I did put silicone grease on the spinner on both side + used silicone caulk on the front & back attachment plates to keep water out and the parts from rusting / failing prematurely & as a longevity attribute. My only concern and question remains is it supposed to have play in it allowing the fan blade some movement or is it supposed to be rock tight? Who knows. Another notable mis advertisement is... the small windmill for 299.00 is listed on the product page as 9' tall. But the box says 8.3 feet tall. I told Amazon + the seller this. Another issue is where the front tail arm that connects to the main fan back hub junction never completely tightened up with the lag bolts due to the design and the bar could not be inserted due to the inner weld 1/3 the way. So I had to add epoxy putty to solidify that junction for proper rigidity. Most would never go to the lengths as I did. Despite all that trouble, would I buy it all over again for 300.00 + buks instead of the cheapo 80.00 ones? Yes, for now but time will tell and I may change my mind. For now, I just hope the beautiful paint job holds up, it does not rust prematurely, and the play in the fan blade does no harm & continues to spin without squeaking & in need of constant oil the the cheapo 80 buks ones do.

Attractive and sturdy
The windmill makes a real statement in our yard. It appears very sturdy and well built. The assembly instructions were not the clearly written, but after some trial and error I was able to assemble it. One part was missing, so I have to contact the maker to get a replacement. Overall, I am very satisfied with this item.

Account draft
Windmill looks nice. Assemble is not easy. None of the metal or boxes that the pieces came in are label. When purchasing product they put in a pre order in so it makes your account look like the money has been taken out of your account. I had an over draft because of this. They wait till 2 weeks later to actual to take money. I have had my Amazon account for years now and this is the first time this has happened. Just be aware.

It’s perfect-love it
Love it! Perfect height 12 foot, tall and shaped like a real western windmill, sturdy and well built, husband assembled it by himself and said no issues, instructions clear but would have been easier with a helper he ran 2 feet rods with 4-6 inches above the ground and bought galvanized screws and clamps to firmly secure. He also embedded cement pavers to set the legs on to prevent any damage to the structure to give longevity. Wheel always stops straight in front when wind isn’t blowing. It is perfect and exactly what I wanted it met my expectations.( I bought auto pin stripping tape to add color on wheel tips and tail and it worked great)

So far , so good.
My son put it together at his house and will transport to our home for Grandpa's Christmas present. I hope it works as good as it looks!
