Pirate's Lantern: Original Bajan Pepper Sauce

Great and unique flavor. Have bought it twice and never goes to waste.

This hot sauce is very yummy, it works with just about anything you want to put it on! It has a tiny bit of a mustard taste/base to it (not overpowering in my opinion) and it just works. It's got rum in it too, ha-ha! I love it, it's definitely a Pirate hot sauce, definitely worth trying! It's my go-to hot sauce for any meat (roast beef or steak) and it's very good even on beef fajitas or tacos! Yum! Get some, enjoy!

Very mild, less heat than your standard Tabasco &co, but very tasty. It's basically the best mustard recipe in the world. Well worth your money if you're in to that. I got a batch of a half dozen well-rated hot sauces, and even though I usually go for more scovilles this is the one that stands out as a future permanent fixture in the kitchen.

This sauce is full of amazing flavor and perfect level of heat. Will buy again.

So i originaly heard of this sauce through heatonist and the hot ones youtube series. It was one of the first sauces i got from heatonist and it also ended up being my favorite! I recently went back to their site to try to buy it again but because it isnt in their current season sauce lineup, they dont sell it their anymore. So i looked up the sauce itself on google and found i could get it here on amazon! I ordered 2 bottles because as i said, i loved it! Having now just tried it, it doesnt taste the same as i remember. The first time i got it it was very good and mustard like which is exactly how it was described, but this time around it tastes and smells VERY vinigary. That is listed as one of its noticible traits but to me, thats the only thing im tasting or smelling. No mustard taste really at all. Im hoping its just this one bottle and the other one will be different, but if not, i cant say im as satisfied with it as i was the first time around. Still pretty tasty, but the vinigar is deffinately overwhelming to an extent.

I love this sauce. It's got a great mustard tang with very mild heat. I use it on wings, pork, beef, anything. Standing order for this. Edit: I'm coming back to add that this sauce has become my absolute favorite. It's delicious. I put it on everything and it's never let me down.

Wow! This is one of my new favorite hot sauces. It’s a little mustardy, hot, complex. I like it where it’s the main flavor, maybe on a piece of grilled chicken or on vegetables, and I also like it to add to recipes that call for hot sauce.

It's fine. I guess. Decent flavor. Heat is a little mild for my taste. It requires refrigeration which is annoying. It's fine. I don't have anything specific against it. But there are other products that are otherwise similar to this that blow it out of the water.
